The first step to creating custom headwear is to choose
an existing style and then making changes to meet your specifications.
On this page you will find each of the different components
that make up a custom cap - the shape, the peak, the back
closure, finishing touches such as stitching type, eyelets,
sweatband and inner tape and then the decoration components
(embroidery, screenprinting or emblem).

here.
There
are two options for pre-production approval - we can either
produce a sample and have it delivered for approval, or
we can provide an emailed camera shot, from different angles,
of the sample, for approval. The difference between these
two options is the amount of time it takes for the order
to be put into production and then shipped.

in receiving pre-product approval will cause delays in the
delivery timeframes described above.
For
bandanas, bucket hats, engineer caps, marine hats and sun
visors, add an additional 2 weeks for production.
For
winter headwear (toques), delivery times are the same as
for caps with minimal embroidery.
